Ο δρ Χρυσοβαλάντης Κυριάκου είναι Λέκτορας Εκκλησιαστικής Ιστορίας στη Θεολογική Σχολής της Εκκλησίας Κύπρου. Ο δρ Κυριάκου έχει διδάξει στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου, το Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου και το Royal Holloway, University of London. Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στην εκκλησιαστική ιστορία και ιστοριογραφία, ιδιαίτερα στον χώρο της Ανατολικής Μεσογείου από την Ύστερη Αρχαιότητα έως τους Νεώτερους Χρόνους. Ο δρ Κυριάκου έχει συγγράψει 4 μονογραφίες, μεταξύ των οποίων: Orthodox Cyprus under the Latins, 1191–1571: Society, Spirituality, and Identities (Lexington Books: New York–London, 2018).
